Best Banks in Malta
Bank of Valletta and HSBC Bank have been named the best banks in Malta by international publications.
The Bank of Valletta Group is a leading financial services provider in Malta, offering a comprehensive range of financial services including investment banking, private banking, fund management, bancassurance and stockbroking. Bank of Valletta was named as the Best Bank in Malta for 2007 by Global Finance magazine. This is the fourth time in the past seven years that BOV has won the Global Finance Best Bank award.
Bank of Valletta also featured among the finalists for the Financial Innovation Awards in 2010, with three distinct projects. Financial results released by the Bank of Valletta Group revealed a pre-tax profit reaching €98.9 million for the financial year ended 30 September 2010.
