AG Angra Investimentos is a private equity firm in Brazil, created jointly by the Andrade Gutierrez Group and Angra Partners. In 2006, AG Angra raised R$ 697.5 million, launching its first private equity fund, AG Angra Infra-Estrutura. The firm is responsible for identifying, analyzing and executing investment and divestment decisions, as well as for monitoring portfolio companies. AG Angra’s shareholders have a proven track record in private equity transactions, investing in the infrastructure sector, mergers and acquisitions, and company restructuring.
