The biggest banks in Finland include Pohjola, Sampo Bank, Nordea Bank Finland, Evli, among others.

Pohjola Bank plc is part of OP-Pohjola Group, which is the biggest financial services group in Finland, offering banking, investment and insurance services. At the beginning of 2010, Pohjola adopted a new CRM organization covering Banking and Non-life Insurance with the aim of seeking more customer-focused operations.

Nordea offers banking products and services to personal and corporate customers in the local markets and internationally. Nordea has been awarded the prize for the Best Bank in Finland by the magazine Global Finance. Global Custodian Agent Bank Survey 2010 gave the following recognitions for Nordea: Top-rating by leading clients in the entire Nordic area as well as in Denmark; top-rating by all clients in Finland and Norway; and top-rating by cross-border clients in Sweden.

Sampo Bank is a part of the Danske Bank Group, which is one of the biggest financial enterprise in the Nordic region. The Bank specializes in savings and investments, in addition to traditional banking products such as housing loans. Sampo Bank has put great effort into the development of electronic transactions and electronic invoicing in order to make the introduction of electronic invoicing services faster and easier.

Evli Bank Plc is Finland's largest privately held, partnership-based investment bank. Institutional investors have ranked Evli Bank as one of Finland’s most widely used and highest quality institutional wealth managers in 2010. In a survey conducted by Scandinavian Financial Research (SFR), Evli is placed joint 2nd in overall quality (mutual funds plus segregated asset management) out of the 13 most important asset managers in the country.
