Highest in Investor Satisfaction

Scottrade is named Highest in Investor Satisfaction With Online Trading Services in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2005 Online Trading Investor Satisfaction StudySM. In the study, Scottrade is ranked higher than its competitors based on its significant strengths in a number of areas including trade execution and cost. Additional areas of satisfaction the survey measured were customer service, Web site capability and information resources.

Edward Jones is also ranked highest in investor satisfaction with full service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Full Service Investor Satisfaction StudySM. The study is based on seven factors: investment advisor, portfolio performance, account information, account offerings, commissions and fees, website and problem resolution. The 2010 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 4,460 investors who primarily invest with one of the 12 firms included in the study.

Disnat, the online brokerage division of Desjardins Securities, is proud to announce that for the second year in a row, its investors have given it top ranking among Canadian discount brokers for customer satisfaction, according to a study conducted by global marketing information services company J.D. Power and Associates. Disnat received the highest cumulative score of 725 points, standing out particularly in three of six factors: interaction, account information/statements, and account offering.
