Best Managed Companies in Ireland

SLA Mobile has been named as one of Ireland's ‘Best Managed' companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme. In total, 20 companies which demonstrated superior business performance were recognized at a gala awards dinner in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin on 4 March 2011.

Mount Charles Catering Ltd has also been named as one of Ireland's ‘Best Managed' companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme. It was one of four Northern Ireland companies to receive the award. Mount Charles was also selected as one of three companies commended for high quality submissions. Since it was formed in 1988, the company has grown to be the Northern Ireland's largest independent and locally owned catering organization.

Musgrave Group has been named as one of Ireland's ‘Best Managed' companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards for a third time (2011). This is the only awards programme that considers companies from every perspective including strategy, capability, commitment, financial and growth potential across all key functions of the business.

Topaz, the country's biggest fuels and convenience retailer, has been recognized as one of the Best Managed Companies in Ireland. The company was presented with the accolade at a gala awards ceremony in Dublin. Topaz is one of the leading brands in the country. It had acquired the Irish retail and commercial fuels businesses of Shell and Statoil.

Castlecool, Ireland's largest independent Temperature Control and Logistics company, has requalified as one of Ireland's ‘Best Managed' companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme 2011. The company has been awarded for the second year running for demonstrating superior business performance at its three sites in Castleblayney, Lough Egish and Dundalk.
