Belgrade Stock Exchange

Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) is the major stock exchange in Serbia. The Exchange organizes trade in securities and financial derivatives on the regulated and unregulated market, including: organizing public offer of securities and connecting supply and demand of securities; publishing information on supply, demand and market price of securities and other data relevant to securities trading; determining and publishing securities quotations; performing other activities in compliance with the Law.

The Exchange offers a number of information services which enable the monitoring of trading in real time or after a trading session. The following services enable monitoring of trading in real time: BELEXinfo, SMS service, SMS start-stop, Data Feed, Ticker.

The Exchange participates in a number of regional and international projects to improve the quality of the capital market. Regional cooperation is based on bilateral cooperation agreements and joint projects, including the Memorandum on Partnership with stock exchanges from South-East Europe such as Ljubljana, Zagreb, Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Montenegro, NEX Montenegro and Skopje stock exchanges.

The Belgrade Stock Exchange is a full member of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS); an associate member of Federation of European Exchanges (FESE); and an associate member of World Federation of Exchanges (WFE).
