Alfa-Bank - It has been named Russia's Best Bank for Customer Service. According to a survey conducted jointly by independent consulting firms KPMG and Senteo: “Customer impression from the quality of customer service in Russia”, in the eyes of its customers, Alfa-Bank's service has been rated the best in the market. The banks were assessed in five general categories: brands and communications, the exterior and interior of branch offices, product range and culture. Alfa-Bank was the front-runner in each category.
Barclays Portugal - It has been named the country's best bank for customer service in an independent survey. The Bank provides a comprehensive range of banking services to affluent individuals, non-resident clients, large corporations and small businesses.
Citizens Financial Bank - It has been named the Best Bank for Customer Service in the annual Best in Northwest Indiana reader's survey conducted by the Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly. Citizens Financial Bank was established in 1934 and is headquartered in Munster, Indiana.
Standard Bank - It is the best bank for customer service in 2009 according to the Ask Africa Orange Index, an independent survey of South African consumers. The Bank was also honoured with the 'African Banker of the Year' award at the The Banker Awards 2009.
RAKBANK - It is one of the UAE's leading retail banks and has been voted Best Bank in Customer Service in Annual Bank Benchmarking Survey, conducted by Ethos Consultancy. The study conducted 1,500 visits to the 29 banks covered and data collected measured 80 different criteria. More than 40,000 responses were analyzed.
